Night Audit
About The Position
Hampton Inn Buffalo Downtown is seeking a Night Auditor to join their team! Our Hampton Inn & Suites with 140 beautifully appointed rooms/suites is located just off I-190 and is in the heart of Buffalo. The Night Auditor is the face of the hotel during overnight hours and provides superior service to all guests. Responsibilities include greeting guests, completing the check-in/check-out procedure through the Property Management System while obtaining and storing pertinent information, handling cash, credit card information and goods at the property, identifying the needs of each guest and providing relevant information regarding the hotel services and amenities to create an accommodating environment for all, responding to all guest requests in a timely manner, taking reservations from incoming callers and inputting all pertinent information into the hotel management system, updating and canceling reservations in the system as requested by the guest, organizing previous shifts paperwork, closing and balancing all room accounts and vouchers, investigating and analyzing out of balance situations, running trial balance reports and night audit, and preparing guest folios for express check out.
Requirements
- Customer Service experience, in a hotel setting preferred.
- Hilton experience is a plus.
- High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Computer knowledge including intranet, Property management system, WORD, and EXCEL is strongly preferred.
- Must have valid drivers license, and acceptable driving history subject to company approval.
- Overnights, 11 PM- 7 AM
- Weekend Availability needed
Responsibilities

- Prepares guest folios for express check out.
