Requirements

• Reliable and able to work overnight shifts
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and problem solving skills
• Strong communicators with a guest first mindset
• Professional and able to work independently
• Positive respectful and team oriented
• Must obtain a valid Alcohol Server Certification within 30 days of hire
• Must maintain all required certifications in accordance with state and company guidelines
• Stand and walk for extended periods up to 8 hours per shift
• Use computers and office equipment for extended periods
• Occasionally lift carry or move items such as supplies or luggage
• Maintain focus and attention to detail throughout overnight shifts

Nice To Haves

• At least 2 years of hotel or front desk experience
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports.
• Ensure accuracy in guest billing and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform overnight audit procedures and system balancing.
• Assist with guest check ins and check outs during overnight hours.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and care.
• Maintain accurate records and follow hotel procedures.
• Support a safe and secure environment during the night shift.
