About The Position

This is a dual role where you'll split your time between Night Audit and Night Porter duties. As a Night Auditor, you will check guests in/out, balance the books, run nightly reports, and ensure all charges and payments are accurate to keep the hotel running smoothly overnight. As a Night Porter, you will greet guests, assist with arrivals/departures, park cars (including manual transmission), deliver items, assist guests with their needs, patrol the property for safety and security, and help resolve guest issues as the overnight hero.

Requirements

• Must be 18+
• Comfortable working overnight shifts
• Can drive automatic and manual cars
• A self-starter who doesn't need constant supervision
• Friendly, reliable, and cool under pressure

Nice To Haves

• Some hospitality or customer service experience is a plus
