Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of previous front desk, guest services, or hospitality experience.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable using hotel systems and basic computer applications.
  • Flexible to work overnight, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality education is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform tasks that require standing, bending, and walking throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with warm, professional service and ensure seamless check-ins and check-outs.
  • Respond to overnight guest requests, inquiries, and resolve concerns with confidence and care.
  • Complete the nightly audit, balancing daily transactions and preparing reports accurately.
  • Manage reservations, process payments, and identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
  • Recognize and acknowledge IHG One Rewards members and returning guests.
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and well-organized front desk throughout the night.
  • Stay informed about hotel services, events, and local attractions to assist guests.
  • Collaborate with other departments and support the team wherever needed.
