About The Position

As a Front Desk Night Auditor, you are responsible for providing a warm welcome and fond farewell to each guest, as well as creating magic moments throughout the guest’s stay. You create memorable first impressions for our guests, providing information about the resort and local area, and offer a full range of hotel amenities and services to them. You are also responsible for settling guest accounts upon check-out, resolving guest issues and completing special requests in accordance with our service values during the overnight shift.

Requirements

Previous experience providing excellent customer service is a plus

Achieved a high school diploma or equivalent
Comfortable handling payment transactions
Basic computer skills
At least 18 years old
