About The Position

The Overnight Night Audit Supervisor's responsibility is to maintain the smooth operation of the front office and hotel during the overnight. Provide guidance and support to all front office staff members and other department’s members. Requirements

  • Must have completed High School or GED Diploma
  • Previous experience as a front office supervisor preferably in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in other languages
  • Computer literate
  • Working knowledge of common computer programs and systems. Opera and micros a plus.
  • Night audit experience
  • A guest service philosophy
  • An ability to multi-task in a fast paced climate
  • Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly and cordially with guests;
  • Ability to read and write English in order to understand and interpret written procedures. This includes the ability to give and receive instructions in written and verbal forms;
  • Proficiency in effectively presenting information and respond to questions from guests, supervisors and co-workers;

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overseeing the entire front office areas and valet.
  • Ensure outstanding guest service is provided in all areas.
  • Assisting with security issues
  • Ensuring the shift complies with all hotel policies/procedures.
  • Responds to and resolves any guest issue or emergency procedures.
  • Assist Guests in any incident and accident reporting.
  • Communicate all vital information to the Loss Prevention Manager regarding guest safety and security.
  • Communicate all repairs and deficiencies to Housekeeping or Engineering as they apply.
  • Oversee staff productivity in other departments and work closely with the Department Heads to maintain expectations.
  • Respond appropriately and supervise any emergency or safety situation involving the hotel and its guests.
  • Answer any inquiries that hotel guests and patrons may have.
  • Effectively communicate and report vital guest service information with hotel staff and management team through the department log, voicemail, e-mail, and Opera system.
  • Making sure Le News is sent at 7:00 am
  • Charge deposit and assign rooms.
  • Provide line up with hotel updates.
