Requirements

  • Must be able to obtain all necessary work cards.

Nice To Haves

  • One to Two years Luxury Hotel Front Desk experience preferred.
  • Ability to resolve guest problems/complaints using appropriate service recovery guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Successfully prep and submit the night audit process after reviewing all cashier postings for the day.
  • Answer phones in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Complete the daily flash report, which Includes revenue, occupancy and other data points and submit to Director of Hotel Operations.
  • Check guests in, issue room keys, and provide information and assistance to hotel guests.
  • Work in tandem with the bell, valet, and transportation team.
  • As a supervisor, you are also expected to be there for your team, enable and empower them to perform, own your operation or shift, and build caring and trusting relationships with your people.
  • Engage and communicate with your team, elevate performance through coaching, develop your talent, and champion collaboration within your team and across the business.
