Supervising and overseeing the overnight operations of multiple Outpost locations from a single primary Outpost property. This role involves processing daily audit procedures, pulling daily audit reports, and auditing and reconciling all revenue postings within Opera. The supervisor will respond promptly to any property emergency situations, contacting the Assistant General Manager and General Manager as needed. Responsibilities also include validating guest check-in & check-out reservations, verifying all arrivals, and responding to guest inquiries in a timely manner via various communication platforms (Oracle, GXP, KIPSU, third-party booking platforms, and phone calls). Maintaining the Postcard Cabins brand voice through all guest communication and responding to all guest tickets for supervising Outposts are key duties. Additionally, the role requires developing and maintaining positive working relationships with others, supporting team members, and listening and responding appropriately to employee concerns.
