The Night Audit Supervisor oversees the day-to-day night operations of the property, including front desk operations, financial reconciliation, and reporting. This role ensures that all front office activities and services meet or exceed established standards and goals, while maintaining the confidentiality of guest information and hotel data. The supervisor will assist guests, team members, and vendors during their shift, maintain a safe and secure environment, and respond to and resolve guest issues. They will also communicate regularly with all departments to keep staff informed of updates and changes, and ensure the hotel's image is maintained through professional appearance and organized common areas.
