About The Position

As part of the Management Team, the Night Manager serves as the Senior Manager during evening/night hours and is responsible for all departments at assigned locations. This role supports Evening Operations for the West Bay properties. The Night Manager provides guests with flawless, proactive, and sincere luxury services from an engaged and empowered workforce committed to creating a memorable experience. This role involves coaching and mentoring colleagues, creating an environment that allows colleagues to exceed guest expectations, and ensuring colleague concerns are resolved professionally and in a timely manner. The Night Manager promotes the health, safety, and well-being of guests and co-workers by having in-depth knowledge of the Hotel's crisis and emergency procedures and understands and implements the corporate crisis communication procedures within the Front Office. The role requires walking the property, redirecting or engaging staff as needed, and interacting with all departments for assigned properties. Recommending and delivering disciplinary actions for team members when necessary and appropriate is also part of the responsibilities. Requirements

  • 4-6 years’ related experience
  • 3+ years management experience

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
