About The Position

Tower23 Hotel is seeking an experienced and service-driven part-time Night Audit Agent to join their team. As San Diego’s premier boutique lifestyle hotel on the beach, they pride themselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences with style, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume, high-profile environment and enjoys creating memorable guest experiences. The position requires availability and flexibility to work overnight, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Experience in a boutique or high-volume hotel environment preferred
• Strong customer service and phone communication skills
• Computer proficiency required
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Team-oriented yet self-motivated and able to work independently
• Positive, outgoing personality with a confident “can-do” attitude
• Must be able to provide a valid driver's license and pass an MVR check for occasional overnight valet services
• Must be able to work overnight hours
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional, and engaging service to all guests
• Ensure every guest interaction meets and exceeds expectations
• Perform guest check-in and check-out using hotel management software
• Complete nightly audit procedures accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate guest requests, special arrangements, and VIP services
• Maintain strong knowledge of hotel services and amenities
• Offer personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, and attractions throughout San Diego
• Recognize returning guests and anticipate their preferences
• Manage room inventory and website updates as needed
• Organize guest packages and deliveries
• Assist with luggage when necessary
• Promote safety awareness and follow hotel policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Perform property rounds to verify areas are secured and walkways are clear
• Provide occasional overnight valet services to guests
