Night Area Manager
About The Position
CCS Facility Services is one of the largest building service contractors in the United States, providing expert janitorial and facility engineering services to thousands of commercial businesses with a deep bench of experienced cleaning and engineering professionals. Guided by a Service Heart we are a company Built to Serve with a passion to exceed our customer’s expectations. CCS Facility Services Night Area Manager to oversee the night janitorial operations in the Downtown Phoenix region. This shift start time is 5:00 pm (Monday through Friday with some weekend hours as needed) and is a salaried position.
Requirements
- Past supervisory experience
- Bilingual (English / Spanish)
- Driver’s License and good driving record
Responsibilities
- Scheduling and supervising in field cleaning crews
- Hands on training
- Multiple site visits per night in company provided vehicle for quality assurance
- Manage / order inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies
- Tracking employee hours and pay using company software and provided technology
- Working closely with branch managers to ensure cleaning tasks and special projects are completed daily
- Observing and following facility and company security and safety rules
- Other tasks and administrative duties
