About The Position

The NICU Tech Supply Stocker helps maintain a smooth and efficient flow of patients in clinic, performs functions delegated by department staff and maintains and promotes a safe, clean, and organized environment for the delivery of care. Maintains a safe, clean, and organized environment to support the delivery of care. Supports the overall work environment to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. Manages supplies and equipment by stocking, tracking inventory, and reporting low or missing items. Ensures proper storage and rotation of supplies to reduce waste and maintain quality. Provides clerical and administrative support as needed, including basic communication and coordination tasks. Assists with daily team workflows to promote efficiency and support patient services. Supports patient care activities under supervision, as appropriate.

Requirements

• High School graduate or Certificate of General Educational Development (GED) or High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED) required
• Ability to follow simple, routine instructions.
• Effective verbal, written and/or interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to respond to basic customer requests with patience and enthusiasm; understand the needs of customers and escalate issues when appropriate
