About The Position

Per Diem Staffing Systems, Inc. is hiring NICU RNs for Kaiser Permanente in Downey, California. Candidates must have Level III NICU experience and surgery experience, and be willing to float to postpartum and pediatrics. Clinicians must reside in California and live within 30 minutes of the facility. They must be available to pick up at least four shifts per month. The schedule consists of 12-hour night shifts. Orientation is held every Monday, with one unit shift worked during the same week. The position pays $73.00 per hour, with overtime after eight hours, and pay is issued weekly. The hospital requires an L.A. Fire Card at credentialing if an offer is made. This is an as-needed position, with two openings.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience.
• Level III NICU experience.
• Surgery experience.
• Reside in California and live within 30 minutes of the facility.
• Active California RN license.
• AHA ACLS certification.
• BLS certification.
• NRP certification.
• Obtain an L.A. Fire Card at credentialing if offered.
