Travel NICU Registered Nurse-8 week contract
About The Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated NICU Registered Nurse for an 8-week contract position. This role involves providing care in a Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, with opportunities for extension. The position requires flexibility in shifts, including rotating days and nights, and weekend coverage. First-time travelers and local candidates (residing more than 75 miles from the facility) are welcome. A key responsibility includes attending C-section deliveries and providing immediate newborn care in the operating room, as well as the ability to float to postpartum for newborn and baby care.
Requirements
- Active New York RN license must be in hand before submission.
- Previous NICU experience required.
- EPIC charting experience required.
- Must be comfortable attending C-section deliveries and providing immediate newborn care in the operating room.
- Ability to float to postpartum for newborn and baby care as needed.
Nice To Haves
- Level II NICU or women’s health/newborn care experience strongly preferred.
