About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced NICU Registered Nurse for an 8-week contract position, with the possibility of extension. This role involves providing specialized care in a Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The schedule includes three 12-hour shifts per week, with rotating day and night shifts, and rotating weekend coverage. First-time travelers are accepted, and local candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility.
Requirements
- Active New York RN license must be in hand before submission.
- Previous NICU experience required.
- EPIC charting experience required.
- Must be comfortable attending C-section deliveries and providing immediate newborn care in the operating room.
- Ability to float to postpartum for newborn and baby care as needed.
- Must reside more than 75 miles from the facility.
Nice To Haves
- Level II NICU or women’s health/newborn care experience strongly preferred.
