About The Position

Take the next step in your career with Morrison Healthcare as a NICU Dietitian in Little Rock, AR! This position will manage the nutrition support for the NICU, round daily with the MD's, support the milk lab staff with recipe development, and collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary team. Make a real impact as a Clinical Dietitian! You’ll provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education for patients in a specialty area, working with a collaborative team to enhance patient outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care.

Requirements

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable
NICU specialty certification required

Nice To Haves

Two years of work experience in the NICU preferred

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients in a designated specialty area to promote recovery and improve health outcomes
Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long-term wellness to patients, families, staff, and the community
Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care
Contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence
Partner with the food service management team to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals
Support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable
Manage the nutrition support for the NICU
Round daily with the MD's
Support the milk lab staff with recipe development
Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary team
