About The Position

The NICU Clinical Manager provides day-to-day operational leadership and ensures the highest standards of patient care, staff engagement, and safety within the NICU and related perinatal services. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing multidisciplinary teams, and driving quality improvement initiatives in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment.

Requirements

Current California RN license required.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 3–5 years of NICU and/or Postpartum clinical experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing multidisciplinary clinical teams.
Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work effectively in a union environment.
Los Angeles County Fire Card and ARC certification required within 30 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily NICU operations, staffing, and clinical performance.
Build and maintain a culture of teamwork, transparency, and accountability.
