Provides direct and indirect care to patients and leads the patient care team toward goal achievement in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and hospital policy. Leads employees to accomplish all job objectives; inspires confidence and motivation to enhance employee satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
  • RN license active in the state of Missouri
  • NRP Certification within 1 year of hire
