About The Position

For one of our international team, specialized in innovations and consumer behaviour in nicotine product category across the globe, creating and executing cutting edge marketing research services and solutions for R&D and branding, portfolio management and other business units of our key client, we are looking for a Quantitative Researcher. “Real Insights from Real People”: this is our philosophy to guide customers in identifying, qualifying and forecasting the commercial potential of innovation ideas, products and packaging. Our innovative and strategic solutions help our customers be quicker to seize opportunities earlier and more agile in finalizing the launch of their products to market. Within our team, you will be part of the crew on a daily basis in the different phases of market research, from start-up to delivery of the results to the end customer. Specifically, you will contribute in understanding of business issues and their transformation into research questions, drafting survey designs, creating well thought and winning proposals, research projects execution, analysis, report writing and storytelling. The Innovation Service Line guides clients throughout the innovation journey as they develop and launch new or improved products and services spanning a range of verticals. We help our clients develop the initial idea for a product/service, ensure the fully-articulated description of the product/service resonates with consumers, confirm that prototypes of the product/service properly deliver on consumer expectations, and finetune the full mix prior to launch. This is accomplished using best-in-class services, including idea screening, concept testing, product testing, price and line optimization, package testing and volumetric forecasting.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years' previous experience in quantitative market research and analysis
  • Full mastery of methodological tools for quantitative research
  • Excellent use of the Office package, in particular Power Point and Excel
  • Fluent knowledge of written and spoken English
  • Good understanding of basic statistics and analyses used in marketing research

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in SPSS usage is an advantage
  • Experience in product and concept testing is an advantage
