About The Position
This role involves working as a NICE CXone Cloud Engineer, with a hybrid work arrangement. The position requires significant experience with the NICE CXone platform and related technologies, as well as programming and web service API development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with NICE CXone (ACD, IVR, Auto Dialer, OMNIChannel, WFM, Studio, Interaction Analytics, POCs & Auto Attendant)
- 3+ years of NICE CXone Studio experience
- 4+ years of programming experience in C#, C++, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- 5+ years of experience developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting webservice API calls
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot webservice API calls.
- Utilize NICE CXone Studio for development.
- Program in languages such as C#, C++, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
