About The Position

The Next Gen Robotics Engineer will develop scalable robotics solutions for industrial applications, spanning autonomous mobile robots, autonomous drones, quadrupedal robots, humanoid systems, and AI-powered service platforms. The role works at the intersection of technology, industry, and society, collaborating directly with engineering, AI, strategy, client, and partner teams to address technical and industry challenges. The position provides technical leadership for robotics innovation projects, from architecture and implementation through integration and production rollout. It focuses on Physical AI architectures, autonomy, vision-language-action (VLA) model integration, real-time systems, and scalable simulation. The engineer also contributes to robotics strategy, technology roadmaps, partner development, and internal enablement. Travel may be required, varying from 0% to 100% based on business needs and client requirements.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in robotics, consulting, or software projects with a strong technical focus.
  • At least 3 years of experience with classical robotics technologies, including ROS/ROS2, motion planning, sensor fusion, and simulation environments.
  • At least 3 years of software development experience with Python, C++, and Linux-based operating systems.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading a technical workstream, such as as an architect, engineer, or integrative technical generalist in interdisciplinary teams.
  • At least 1 year of experience with edge AI deployment for robotics, such as NVIDIA Jetson, Raspberry Pi, GPU-enabled devices, and cloud deployment environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in robotics, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience of at least 12 years. Applicants with an associate’s degree must have at least 6 years of work experience.
  • Applicants for US employment must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.
