The Total Traffic + Weather Network is seeking a highly detailed-oriented administrator to support its operations. This role will be involved in various administrative tasks including payroll, invoice processing, scheduling, and news writing. iHeartMedia is a leading audio company in America, reaching a vast audience through broadcast radio, podcasting, and digital streaming. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll and invoices, office supplies, administrative assistance, records management, reception, and communication systems.
• Work closely with managers to ensure that office administration policies, programs, and activities align with their needs.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend purchases of office supplies and equipment to reduce costs while meeting the organization’s business requirements.
• Select and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure satisfactory service standards are maintained.
• Write, edit and produce news (text & audio) content.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
