About The Position
WKRC has an exciting opportunity for a part-time News Production Assistant! This role involves operating studio equipment for newscasts, preparing for newscasts, and assisting on the assignment desk. Requirements
- Must be able to work on weekends and holidays.
- Other hours as needed, on occasion.
Nice To Haves
- Education and/or internship in television or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Operate studio equipment for newscasts, including studio cameras and teleprompter.
- Prep for newscasts, including studio and set preparation, maintaining the studio, lighting, and editing for newscasts.
- Helps out on assignment desk.
- Other duties as assigned.
