About The Position
WKRC has an exciting opportunity for a part-time News Production Assistant! Responsibilities include operating studio equipment for newscasts, which involves studio cameras and teleprompter. This role also includes preparing for newscasts, such as studio and set preparation, maintaining studio lighting, and editing for newscasts. The position also assists on the assignment desk and performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be able to work on weekends and holidays
- Other hours as needed, on occasion

- Education and/or internship in television or related field preferred
- Training will be provided
