About The Position

WAFF is looking for a producer who loves news and wants to create memorable newscasts. Candidate must have solid news judgment. They must have a "can-do" attitude and handle change quickly.

Requirements

Candidate should have a college degree in journalism or a related field.
Must be able to work longer hours for breaking news and elections, as well as holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

Strong writer. Using ENPS daily and multiple others for story selection, including NBC & CNN.
Be a strong communicator. Have strong working relationships with anchors, reporters, and other producers.
