News Intern
About The Position
Sinclair is seeking a highly motivated, dedicated student for a spring News Intern role. The internship is unpaid and requires the intern to be eligible to receive academic credit. Interns work 10–20 hours per week, depending on the hours needed to receive college credit. Applicants must be enrolled at their college or university during the quarter or semester in which the internship takes place and be at least 18 years old. Applicants must submit two writing samples, such as graded class assignments or published work, and an online link to their work with their profile. Credit verification forms will be provided.
Requirements
- Must attend an accredited college or university and study mass communications, media, or a related major.
- Graduate students are eligible.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must receive academic credit for the internship experience.
- Must be registered at their college or university during the quarter or semester in which the internship is performed.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must submit two writing samples (graded class assignments or published work) and an online link to their work with their profile.
