We are looking for an exceptional New Ventures Manager to report directly to the Head of Growth & Partnerships and operate as a true extension of the function. The growth team is responsible for identifying, building, and scaling new revenue streams for the company. This means creating “startups within the startup” from the ground up, taking ideas from zero to one through research, validation, MVP development, commercial traction, and early scale. Current initiatives span claims analytics, bundled cash-pay medical network solutions, and a curated point-solution marketplace, with the goal of helping organizations identify, manage, and reduce healthcare cost drivers. This is a highly execution-oriented role with a startup founder mindset, focused on taking ambiguous ideas from zero to one and driving them to real-world outcomes and revenue. You move quickly, take ownership without waiting for direction, and are relentlessly focused on building and shipping, not just analyzing. You are a hybrid builder, operator, and seller, with strong commercial instinct and the technical fluency to work effectively with product and engineering team.
