About The Position

The New Vehicle Inspection role is critical in ensuring that newly manufactured or delivered vehicles meet all safety, quality, and regulatory standards before they reach customers. This position involves conducting thorough inspections of vehicles to identify any defects, damages, or deviations from manufacturer specifications. The inspector plays a key role in maintaining the brand’s reputation by preventing substandard vehicles from entering the market. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems, and the ability to document findings accurately. Ultimately, the goal is to guarantee that every vehicle leaving the facility is safe, reliable, and compliant with all applicable standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in vehicle inspection, automotive maintenance, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in reading technical manuals and checklists.

• Certification in automotive inspection or quality control.
• Experience working with new vehicle delivery or manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency with digital inspection tools and software.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive inspections of new vehicles, including mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic components, to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Identify and document any defects, damages, or inconsistencies found during the inspection process.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and quality assurance teams to communicate inspection results and facilitate corrective actions.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections and generate reports to support quality control and regulatory compliance.
• Stay updated on industry standards, safety regulations, and manufacturer specifications to ensure inspections are thorough and current.
