About The Position

We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused Vehicle Pickup & Inspection Specialist to support our growing operations throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. This role involves picking up vehicles from customers, conducting detailed condition inspections, documenting vehicle information, and delivering superior customer experience throughout the process. The hours are 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, three days per week, with additional hours available as needed on other weekdays. This position is expected to be part-time, and hours may vary based on customer demand.

Requirements

• Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive a variety of vehicle types safely and confidently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify vehicle condition issues.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Reliable transportation to and from Addison, TX.
• Ability to use a smartphone, mobile applications, and digital reporting tools.

Nice To Haves

• Automotive inspection, dealership, rental car, transportation, or vehicle logistics experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and transport customer vehicles throughout the DFW area as assigned.
• Verify vehicle information and accurately document vehicle details.
• Inspect vehicles and identify visible damage or condition concerns - interior, exterior, odometer reading, trunk area, engine compartment, and any modifications.
• Take clear photos and complete inspection reports using company procedures.
• Communicate professionally with customers during vehicle pickup and inspection appointments.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted promptly.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards.
