About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused New Truck Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers in selecting the right trucks and commercial vehicles, build strong customer relationships, and manage the sales process from inquiry to closing. You will also collaborate with the sales team, conduct market research, and handle administrative tasks to ensure accurate record-keeping. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting the right trucks and commercial vehicles for their needs, including heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and related equipment.
  • Learn about the features, specifications, and benefits of the vehicles and equipment we offer in order to effectively communicate this to potential buyers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work with customers from the initial inquiry through to the closing of the sale.
  • Help process quotes, orders, and financing options as needed.
  • Work alongside senior sales representatives and management to meet sales goals and improve sales strategies.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to identify sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
