As a New Product Program Manager, you will guide next-generation silicon from early concept and prototyping through high-volume production. You will bring clarity to complex ASIC lifecycles by aligning schedules, collaborating closely with technical leads, and ensuring products meet high standards of quality and performance. You will solve engineering problems, proactively address project risks, communicate program roadmaps to cross-functional leadership, facilitate smooth operational handoffs, and champion continuous process improvements.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience leading semiconductor ASIC programs from concept through volume manufacturing.
- Practical understanding of silicon development lifecycles, including New Product Introduction (NPI), bring-up, and qualification processes.
- Proven track record building alignment, communicating clearly, and leading collaborative initiatives across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with ASIC/SoC development workflows and product test engineering.
- Familiarity with modern program management tools and frameworks (such as Jira, Smartsheet, Agile, or PMP).
- PMP, Agile, or similar project management knowledge (certification is a plus).
