About The Position

This role will be supporting new production introduction projects at our Plymouth, MN facility. In this role, you will operate development equipment for the purpose of assembling and processing development products. You will assist the development teams to define process procedures and the process parameters, measure and record process parameters once established, accurately document all required entries in the Lot History Record, and comply with G.M.Ps with regard to material labeling, SOPs and proper segregation of material in the production process.

Requirements

High school Diploma required
Ability to routinely use a microscope
Good hand to hand and hand to eye coordination
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Strong attention to details
Ability to work in a regulated environment and understand Standard Operating Procedures
Works well with others and independently
Must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Production/Assembler position.

Experience in cleanroom production assembly environment is preferred
