Requirements

  • Previous sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong work ethic with a desire to succeed.
  • Customer service-focused mindset.
  • Positive attitude and team player.
  • High energy and enthusiasm throughout the workday.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable handling objections and negotiating professionally.

  • Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • No previous automotive experience is required.
  • Previous sales experience is strongly encouraged, and a minimum of one year of sales experience is preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers who enter the showroom or sales lot.
  • Build strong rapport and establish lasting customer relationships.
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their needs.
  • Conduct professional vehicle presentations and demonstrations on new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Explain vehicle features, performance, benefits, and available options.
  • Learn and execute all steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
  • Effectively overcome objections and negotiate professionally while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
  • Maintain knowledge of current inventory, product information, and manufacturer programs.
  • Work closely with Sales Management to review objectives, planned activities, and performance.
