Requirements
- Three years of proven sales results in B to C sales; experience in selling big-ticket items (cars, houses, renovations, etc.) is beneficial.
- Key attributes such as: people skills, good presentation skills, desire to serve the client, professionalism, positive attitude, relationship builder, honest, conscientious, and ability to visualize finished construction projects.
Nice To Haves
- Degree preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and CRM software is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients and conduct initial consultation.
- Design and develop a pool/outdoor living renovation for client.
- Price project and prepare the presentation materials.
- Present the proposed project to the client in your office or at their home.
- Actively pursues developing relationships with related businesses, such as landscapers and builders while establishing positive relationships for referrals.
- Participates in marketing events such as seminars and trade shows.
- Utilize company and manufacturer-provided software including Microsoft Dynamics, NAV, Pool Studios, 3D designs and Auto CAD.
- Prepares a variety of status reports as needed, including activity, closings, follow up and adherence to goals.
