The New Patient Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for individuals inquiring about medical solutions for their back or neck conditions. This role is responsible for engaging with prospective patients over the phone, establishing a positive initial connection, and providing clear, compassionate guidance through the scheduling and intake process. Your primary responsibility is to build instant rapport, convey trust, and guide prospects seamlessly toward becoming new patients. Through expert communication, emotional intelligence, and a clear understanding of our value, you’ll play a vital role in growing our patient community and establishing the foundation for an elite patient experience at VSI. In addition to patient engagement, the role includes key administrative responsibilities such as verifying insurance benefits and accurately collecting and documenting Protected Health Information (PHI). Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy are essential in ensuring each patient’s information is handled thoroughly and securely.
