Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED Required
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) Required

Nice To Haves

• One-Two Years Insurance Experience Preferred
• One-Two Years Customer Service Experience Preferred
• Three-Five Years Medical Experience Preferred

Responsibilities

• Intermediate level knowledge of insurance, medical records
• Multi-line telephone
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to match patient care needs with services available
• Good judgment triaging patients with acute needs over the phone
