Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI) is seeking motivated and compassionate individuals to join their nonprofit organization focused on providing individualized care for patients with chronic kidney disease. The New Nurse Graduate will provide specialized nursing care within a patient care team in DCI's in-center hemodialysis or hospital services units. RNs at DCI are crucial in ensuring safe care and high-quality patient outcomes. The role offers paid training, competitive pay, excellent benefits, and a supportive clinical environment with a lower caregiver-to-patient ratio. The schedule may include full-time shifts of either four 10-hour shifts or three 12-hour shifts. In-center RNs have Sundays off and no overnight shifts. Rotating call may be required for hospital services programs after orientation. Compensation is based on nursing and dialysis experience.
