About The Position

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI) is seeking motivated and compassionate individuals to join their team as a New Nurse Graduate (RN). This role focuses on providing specialized nursing care in an in-center hemodialysis or hospital services unit, contributing to a patient care team dedicated to safe care and high-quality outcomes for patients with chronic kidney disease. No prior dialysis experience is needed, as extensive training is provided. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Monitor patients during dialysis, assessing and communicating changes with physician and families.
  • Prepare dialysis machine and treatment supplies and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures.
  • Provide ongoing patient education, training, and health coaching, including relevant documentation.
  • Administer and chart all prescribed medications under the supervision of a registered nurse.
  • Participate in patient care conferences, rounds, and chart reviews.
  • Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals.
  • Assist in medication inventory maintenance.
  • Contribute to training new staff members as directed.
  • Perform additional tasks as requested.
