As a New Member Journey (NMJ) Representative, you will provide a warm welcome and an extension of confidence and trust in their new purchase by providing new member collateral. You will schedule a 14-day welcome call, sell a NMJ vacation and collect $49, and schedule NMJ vacation dates within 31-120 days. You will provide each member with collateral outlining welcome call date/time, NMJ vacation travel dates/locations, and review online access timeframe. You will perform entry input into systems of entrance and provide a seamless handoff to a Quality Assurance team member. If applicable, you will call members to offer a NMJ vacation package and provide outstanding customer care when interacting with members and guests. You will embody the Hilton Grand Vacations Values of Hospitality, Integrity, Leadership, Teamwork, Ownership, Now, and complete all required Company training/compliance courses as assigned. You will adhere to Company standards and maintain compliance with all policies and procedures, and perform other related duties as assigned.
