About The Position

As a New Member Journey (NMJ) Representative, you would provide a warm welcome and an extension of confidence and trust in their new purchase by providing new member collateral. You will schedule a 14-day welcome call, sell a NMJ vacation and collect $49, and schedule NMJ vacation dates within 31-120 days. You will provide each member with collateral outlining welcome call date/time, NMJ vacation travel dates/locations and review online access timeframe. You will also perform entry input into systems of entrance, provide a seamless handoff to Quality Assurance team members, and if applicable, call members to offer a NMJ vacation package. You will provide outstanding customer care when interacting with members and guests, embody the Hilton Grand Vacations Values of Hospitality, Integrity, Leadership, Teamwork, Ownership, Now, complete all required Company training/compliance courses as assigned, adhere to Company standards and maintain compliance with all policies and procedures, and perform other related duties as assigned.
