About The Position
We're looking for an experienced “in the field” leader to manage the full construction process of our new homes—from groundbreaking to keys in hand. As a New Home Superintendent, you’ll oversee scheduling, trade coordination, site quality, and customer interactions. You'll ensure every home is delivered on time, on budget, and built to our high standards.
Requirements
- Experience leading residential construction projects
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple trades and timelines
- Knowledge of construction practices and local building codes
Responsibilities
- Manage daily construction schedules and job site progress
- Coordinate all trade partners and suppliers
- Maintain budget control and approve field invoices
- Conduct quality checks and uphold site safety standards
- Serve as the main field contact for the homeowner
