About The Position

David Weekley Homes is seeking a New Home Sales Consultant to join their winning team in Austin, Texas. This role involves meeting sales goals, maintaining customer satisfaction, prospecting, marketing, and promoting new business. The consultant will follow up with prospects, maintain relationships with the Realtor community, and work effectively with customers and team members. Understanding the loan process is also a key part of this position. Requirements

  • Ability to work weekends, evenings & some holidays
  • Proven closing/negotiation skills
  • Strong communication skills both verbal & written, with the ability to talk in pictures
  • Great listening skills & creative problem solving with the ability to find the root cause, as well as a solution
  • A proven background in prospecting
  • Proactive follow up with prospective customers
  • Marketing strategies
  • Follow through with commitments
  • An ability to bring energy & enthusiasm to the work
  • Commitment to act with Integrity
  • Ability to work as part of a team, as well as individually
  • Strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize

Nice To Haves

  • Previous new homes sales experience preferred, or 2+ years sales in high-end sales
  • Realtors must be willing to place their Real Estate license in "inactive" status if hired

Responsibilities

  • Meeting monthly/quarterly sales goals
