Requirements

  • Strong computer skills (CRM experience a plus)
  • Weekends required
  • College degree or equivalent professional work experience preferred
  • A Real Estate License is not required
  • 2 Years’ Experience in new home sales
  • Residential home-building experience required
  • Proven knowledge of the market
  • Knowledge of sales concepts
  • Working knowledge of the mortgage industry
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

  • Developing relationships with customers
  • Procuring and following up on sales leads for our communities
  • Networking & prospecting
  • Maintaining quality customer service and leading buyers throughout the New Home Sales process
  • Negotiating and closing deals
  • Completing accurate and timely contract paperwork
  • Obtaining and analyzing market data is critical for our communities to remain competitive
  • Maintaining standard sales office hours, but understanding flexibility to meet customer schedules is a priority
