Jagoe Homes is seeking a driven New Home Sales Consultant to guide homebuyers through the process of building their dream home. This role offers uncapped commission potential and the opportunity to build relationships and help customers make life-changing decisions. Requirements

Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, real estate, banking, or other customer-facing roles with a proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals is preferred.
CRM experience preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
Coachable and willing to follow a proven sales process.
Ability to work weekends with two consecutive weekdays off.

Responsibilities

Guide homebuyers through the entire sales process from initial inquiry to move-in.
Establish clear expectations and maintain consistent communication throughout the homebuilding process.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and deliver exceptional customer service.
Manage prospects and customers using the company's CRM software to track activity and follow up.
Build and maintain relationships with local real estate agents and referral partners.
Host community tours, model home visits, and sales events.
Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and local real estate activity.
