About The Position

Florida Made Tiny Homes is expanding its sales team and seeking a New Home Sales Consultant for the Greater Tampa Bay area. This role involves selling innovative tiny homes, accessory dwelling units (ADUs), and space-saving single-family homes. The company focuses on making homeownership more affordable and changing the housing industry. Unlike modular or prefab builders, Florida Made Tiny Homes builds every home on-site. Customers include families, investors, and individuals seeking simpler living solutions. The position is a remote/hybrid role based in St. Petersburg, FL.

Requirements

Must reside within the Greater Tampa Bay market they will serve.
Comfortable going into customer's homes for appointments.
Comfortable working on 100% commission.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Self-directed, proactive, and accountable for meeting sales goals.
Coachable and committed to continually improving sales skills.
Adaptable in a startup environment with multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Completing company-generated in-home appointments and setting appointments with self-generated leads.
Leading customers through a structured ADU sales process.
Discovering customer pain points and assessing the feasibility of building an ADU.
Partnering with lenders to optimize financing solutions.
Creating customized home quotes tailored to customer needs.
Uncovering and overcoming objections to close sales and meet sales and revenue goals.
Building and nurturing a sales pipeline through social media, home shows, Realtors, and industry professionals.
