This position is located in Meridian, Idaho and is available for full-time and part-time employment. The role requires weekend availability and a valid driver's license. Requirements

Weekend availability (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
A proactive, can-do attitude

Responsibilities

Create a strong first impression by welcoming every guest with energy and professionalism
Provide basic information and guide guests to the appropriate resources or sales team
Support the sales team by helping capture guest information for follow-up
Keep On The Block clean, organized, and inviting
Assist with light administrative tasks and CRM updates
Participate in community drives and events
Ensure every guest receives a 5-star experience
