About The Position

Join CBH Homes, Idaho's #1 Home Builder, as a New Home Sales Assistant and become the first impression for our homebuyers. This role is ideal for high-energy, people-focused professionals looking to grow into a sales career. You will be responsible for creating a strong first impression, providing basic information, supporting the sales team, maintaining the sales office, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring every guest receives a 5-star experience. This position offers growth opportunities within the sales team for those who demonstrate energy, consistency, and a desire to grow. The role is full-time and part-time, on-site, with weekend availability required. The company is also building a new headquarters in Caldwell, Idaho, and this role will transition there in 2027.

Requirements

Weekend availability (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
A proactive, can-do attitude

Valid driver’s license for community drives

Create a strong first impression by welcoming every guest with energy and professionalism
Provide basic information and guide guests to the appropriate resources or sales team
Support the sales team by helping capture guest information for follow-up
Keep On The Block clean, organized, and inviting
Assist with light administrative tasks and CRM updates
Participate in community drives and events
Ensure every guest receives a 5-star experience
