About The Position
Join our team as a New Home Coordinator in San Marcos & Boerne, Texas! Are you passionate about helping people build their dream homes? Do you thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment? If so, Tilson Homes wants to hear from you. As a New Home Coordinator at Tilson Homes, you'll work alongside our sales team to bring our customers' dream homes to life. Your role will be vital in providing exceptional service and support throughout the homebuilding process.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused individual passionate about the homebuilding industry.
- Friendly and hardworking person.
- Values responsibility, honesty, and cooperation.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience with a Title company or title documents is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with several parties (Customers, Sale Professionals, Drafting, Title Companies, Surveyors, Building Jurisdictions, Lenders, and more) for a smooth process.
- Review preconstruction documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Be willing to learn all aspects of the home-buying process.
