About The Position

This program is designed to rapidly develop your management skills through a structured and paid program, with hands-on immersion in operations. You will be trained in the field by experienced mentors to evolve into a key role: Business Centre Manager. You will directly contribute to the performance of a business centre while developing your leadership. You will progressively move towards managing a business centre, depending on opportunities and your mobility.

Requirements

  • University degree completed or in progress (all relevant disciplines).
  • Analytical mindset and strong learning ability.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, natural leadership, and sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong interest in management, operations, sales, and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Discover all aspects of a business centre's operations: warehouse, purchasing, credit, customer service, internal and external sales.
  • Analyze financial statements, track profitability, and understand operational impacts.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
  • Participate in strategic projects with a real impact on the company.
  • Develop solid skills in team management, planning, and problem-solving.
  • Progress within a structured development program, accompanied by a mentor, a Business Centre Manager, and the Regional Vice-President.
